Training & Safety
Our employees are trained in our own safety procedures and trained to operate within clients’ environments and industry standards. Safety risks can exist in any situation however our teams are trained to avoid specific safety hazards and to proactively look for potential hazards, recognizing them before they become an accident. This proactive prevention plan is indoctrinated in NBM employees from their first day of hire and continues throughout their employment.
We provide on-site WHMIS, certification, and safety training.
